About Henry’s Mama
Practical, organized, free information for mothers figuring things out as they go.
My Beginning
I became a mother with more questions than answers.
Instagram, courses, and endless advice often made motherhood feel more complicated than it needed to be. There always seemed to be a “right” way to feed a baby, create a sleep routine, encourage independence, organize the house, or make every decision.
Then Henry arrived, and real life taught me something different: motherhood rarely follows a perfect plan.
I started learning through experience — trying things, changing my mind, researching questions, making mistakes, and finding what actually worked for our family.
Why I Created Henry’s Mama
Henry’s Mama is the kind of resource I wish I had found when I became a mom: practical information, clearly organized, without making every motherhood question feel like something you need to buy a course to understand.
Here I share real experiences with feeding, sleep, routines, work, baby and toddler life, recipes, and the everyday decisions that come with raising a child.
When I write about something we have experienced, I tell you what worked for us, what didn’t, and what I learned along the way. When a topic needs reliable information beyond personal experience, I aim to use trustworthy sources and make that distinction clear.
I don’t believe there is one perfect way to be a mother.
I believe mothers deserve useful information, less pressure, and enough context to make decisions that work for their own families.
If you’re figuring it out as you go, you’re in the right place.
