Who are you shopping for?
Start with your family size and how often you shop. You’ll choose the actual products in the next step.
Optional: diapers and baby wipes
If you’re shopping for diapers, enter your household’s typical daily usage. Babies differ, so your own number is more useful than a fixed estimate.
The amounts are flexible starting points, not official household averages or medical advice. Family preferences, portion sizes, and package sizes vary. You can revise every quantity before printing.
What do you need to buy?
Check as many products as you like. Browse the categories, or search for a specific item such as blueberries, rice, cilantro, butter, laundry detergent, or diapers. Nothing is selected automatically.
On a phone, swipe the categories sideways to see more.
Fresh Fruit & Berries
Choose some groceries above to begin your list.
Can’t find an item?
Add your own product to the list. You’ll set its quantity yourself.
Your personalized grocery list
These are estimates for your selected products, not required purchases. Edit any amount, subtract what’s already in your pantry, and check off products as you shop.
Fresh berries, salad greens, herbs, and other perishables may need smaller weekly trips, even if you select a 14- or 30-day plan. Freeze suitable foods or replenish them as needed. Pack sizes vary by store.
About this free grocery planner
Does the planner tell me exactly what my family must eat?
No. It gives editable shopping starting points for the items you select, not a nutrition plan. A household that picks five types of berries will see all five listed; adjust amounts to avoid buying more than you need.
What units does it use?
Common U.S. shopping units such as pounds (lb), ounces (oz), gallons (gal), dozens, bags, boxes, cartons, bunches, and individual items. For products sold in many package sizes, edit the amount to fit what your store carries.
How does a monthly list work for fresh food?
It shows the total estimated need across 30 days and marks perishables for weekly restocking. It’s usually better to replenish delicate produce than to buy a month’s worth at once.
Can I use it without giving my email?
Yes. No sign-up or prices are required. If your browser allows it, your choices are saved on this device for convenience; you can clear them at any time.
